Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times We ship directly from our supplier warehouses to your door, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
- Express Shipping (where available): 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs delays outside of our control.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
